Patrick C. Gorman - Chairman of the Board
Patrick Gorman brings to Constitution Mining a wealth of experience steeped
in the knowledge of precious metals and hard money assets. Mr. Gorman is also currently the president of Resource Consultants, precious metals, hard-money assets brokerage firm. For 18 years, Mr. Gorman has hosted the longest-running financial talk radio show in the Phoenix area, Hard Money Watch. And for the past 10 years, he has hosted an annual two-day investment seminar attracting the finest investment minds in the business. Plus, he is the author of the best-selling book, The Value of Honest Money as well as a monthly investment newsletter outlining precious metals strategies.
Dr. Willem Fuchter - Director, President & CEO Willem Fuchter, PhD, has been an independent mining consultant around the world and has worked with top-grade companies Falconbridge Gold Corp., Ivanhoe Group, Kinross Gold Corp., Lonmin PLC and Oregalore, Inc. His responsibilities have included project generation, property appraisal and acquisitions. Dr. Fuchter has also been responsible for inventory management for several gold mines in Africa as well as successfully expanding reserves and resources around the world. More recently, he has been running junior exploration companies in South America.
Kenneth Phillippe - Chief Financial Officer Mr. Phillippe is a chartered accountant with over 20 years experience working with public companies in the capacities of director, officer, financial advisor and consultant. In 2006 Mr. Phillippe became chief financial officer of a junior gold mining company, which successfully raised in excess of US$25 million during its first year of operations. Mr. Phillippe articled with Thorne Riddell (now KPMG) and obtained his professional accounting designation in 1981. In 1982 Mr. Phillippe established his own accounting practice.
Dan Hunter - Chief Operating Officer
Dan Hunter is a former investment banker with 20 years of experience in funding start-ups, including mining companies. In 2005, Dan worked to raise more than US$25 million for a junior gold mining company based in Colombia. Mr. Hunter's success is the product of a distinguished career in mining and financing as well as an ongoing commitment to building both private and public companies for more than 25 years. He was also a senior securities broker with Canaccord Capital, Canada’s largest independent brokerage firm.
Hernan Zaballa - Director & VP Latin America Hernan Zaballa is an experienced mining lawyer with a vast knowledge of both international and free-market law. His strings of top-name clients include Barrick, Yamana, Newcrest, Crown Resources, Newmont, Penoles, Meridian, and many others. Mr. Zaballa also served as a legal consultant to the Argentine government. He is a member of the Mining Committee at the International Bar Association and has given lectures on mining topics at a variety of international forums. He is also the co-author of Establishing and Conducting a Mining Business in Argentina.
Dr. Miles Worsley - VP Exploration Since 1966, Miles Worsley has pursued a career with major gold and silver mining companies. He has served as Chief Geologist with Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., Director of Ivanhoe Hereward Ventures EOD (Bulgaria) and General Manager Ivanhoe Ventures Mining (Serbia). He currently offers his expertise to world-class private exploration companies around the world. Dr. Worsley holds a PhD in practical and applied geology of epithermal gold deposits. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Michael J. Schaefer - Chief Technology Officer Michael Schaffer is a skilled mining analyst and geologist who has worked for the world’s top mining companies, including Noranda Exploration, Inc. and AMAX Exploration Inc. with a focus on gold and silver. At Noranda Exploration, Inc. he served both as a district geologist and senior geologist managing Noranda’s western U.S. exploration efforts. At AMAX Exploration Inc. he served as a contract geologist, conducting gold exploration in Montana and Idaho.
Robert E. Séguin - VP Finance (Europe)
Mr. Séguin brings with him over 20 years of international financial experience having served at JP Morgan, Bank of Tokyo and brokerage firms in Milan, London, Geneva and Canada. His work for strategic management was recognized by the Canadian government with his appointment to officially represent the Canadian Biotechnology sector in Europe. With a specialization in start-up companies, Mr. Séguin focuses on business development and generating increased revenue and profitability through targeted communication, marketing and salesmanship.
David H. Smith - VP Corporate Communications David Smith is a long-time writer and editor on issues of freedom and hard-money investing as well as a successful gold and silver investor. He is the author of numerous articles for hard-money oriented investment publications. Mr. Smith serves as a consultant to resource sector companies. He is a contributor to the newly released Personal Responsibility: The Power of You. and is currently co-authoring a new book centered on making money in precious metals.
Roger Buri - Director
Roger Buri brings to Constitution Mining more than 40 years of securities trading, investment and portfolio management experience. His background includes working for several financial institutions in Switzerland including Banque Romande, Ufitec SA, Union Financière and Banca del Gottardo where he managed private portfolios. Mr. Buri continues to consult to a handful of private high net worth clients and is a non-executive member of Constitution Mining’s Board of Directors.
Gary Artmont - Director Gary Artmont brings with him 33 years of mining experience. He served as chief geologist for Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold, based in Indonesia. During his tenure he oversaw the completion of 120,000 meters of drilling on 17 prospect areas resulting in the discovery of the 8,000,000 plus ounce Wabu gold deposit. He is also credited with evaluating acquisition opportunities in Eastern Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and Mongolia with his work focused on mining deposits of copper, iron, coal and nickel.
Dr. Duncan Large - Director Duncan Large, PhD, offers over 30 years of experience advising world-class mining companies. Until recently, he served as exploration manager and consulting geologist for Eurasian Minerals Inc. overseeing all aspects of mineral exploration programs. He also served as chief geologist for the Directorate of Mines and Minerals (Kosovo). Dr. Large received his PhD from the Technical University of Braunschweig. And he has published numerous scientific papers and has served on the Editorial Board of Economic Geology and on the Council of the Society of Economic Geologists.

Dr. Gregg Morrison - Chairman Gregg Morrison, PhD, brings to Constitution Mining 30 years of exploration experience in Australia, the Asian Pacific and North America. He previously served as director of gold research at James Cook University and as a supervisor of company-funded research on gold of eastern Australia. Dr. Morrison also serves as consulting geologist and Director of Klondike Exploration Services.
Robert Van Tassell - Advisor Robert “Dutch” Van Tassell is a fortunate addition to the Constitution Mining board of advisors bringing over 42 years of advanced mining experience, including 16 as vice president of exploration for GoldCorp, the Canadian mining giant. His exploration teams are credited with several significant discoveries, including the Husky Mine, which produced more than 17 million ounces of silver, the Minto copper deposit and GoldCorp's High Grade Zone, which is currently producing over 500,000 ounces of gold per year.
Dr. Mark Hinman - Advisor
Mark Hinman, PhD, is the founder of Hinman GeoSolutions, a geological consulting firm whose top-name client list includes North Limited, Pasminco Exploration, Anglo American, Noranda Pacific and others. Dr. Hinman is known globally for his renowned geological assessment skills. His specialty includes solving drill core structural problems as well as evaluating complex geological systems to optimize exploration. He has also serves as chief geologist for Asia Gold Corp. and is responsible for epithermal gold exploration in Mongolia, Bulgaria and Indonesia.
Jose Lenzi - Advisor
Jose Alirio Lenzi is a noted geologist specializing in the geology and geochemistry of gold deposits. He has served as a consulting geologist for Anaconda Mining, GoldMarca, American Resources, TVX Gold and others in the area of acquisition, exploration and drilling. His vast experience in South American gold mining includes projects in Brazil, Peru and Ecuador, making Mr. Lenzi a strong addition to the Constitution Mining team.
Hector Ponte - Advisor
Hector Ponte is cofounder and president of Oregalore SA, a top geological consulting firm in Argentina. As an experienced consulting geologist and commercial manager with more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Ponte understands the essentials of launching a successful exploration and development project. As Mining Promotion Officer with the National Development Bank, he pioneered strategies for the purchase of gold and silver and provided technical assistance for the exploration and exploitation of alluvial gold projects.
